Free scans stay on your device. Paid reports are saved privately so you can return to them.
Free photographs and camera scans
Free analysis runs in your browser using MediaPipe. Free photographs, landmarks and recordings are not uploaded for analysis. Local test recovery and photo transfers may store data on your device for up to 24 hours; expired records are removed when the site next opens. Choosing a paid analysis uploads the confirmed photos and analysis context.
Paid reports
We store confirmed input photos and generated hairstyle images in private Cloudflare R2 storage, and report text, task status and order records in Cloudflare D1. Unpaid drafts can be purchased for 24 hours. Draft photos and paid reports remain in your account until you delete the report or your account.
Service providers
Google handles sign-in and supplies your basic profile and verified email. Stripe processes payments; we keep payment identifiers and amounts, not card numbers. Paid text analysis sends your selected images to OpenRouter, and hairstyle generation sends the original photo to the image provider. These providers process data under their own terms.
Usage and account activity
We record feature starts, outcomes, shares and referral clicks with a browser visitor identifier and, when signed in, your account identifier. These events do not contain photographs or face measurements. Login and activity timestamps are stored separately. Browser identifiers are approximate visitor counts, not unique people.
Cookies and optional analytics
Session cookies support sign-in. A first-party visitor cookie supports usage statistics. Optional third-party analytics and ads run only when configured. Your browser can restrict cookies and clear local site data.
Deletion and contact
Delete individual reports from My reports or delete your account from Profile. Generation stops and private photos and report content are removed. Financial records may remain after account deletion without the deleted account association for payment reconciliation. Contact contact@getfacereport.com about data access or deletion.
